What a great weekend!

I love Conference weekend!  I love that we get to spend the entire weekend together and listen to the general authorities and especially the prophet.  Three new temples were announced!!  I love trying to guess how many new temples will be built and where they will be.  I would like to plan a family trip to Fort Collins, Colorado for the open house - in a few years.

The first weekend in April is also the beginning of lacrosse season.  All the boys are playing this season.  Thankfully Noah and Nicholas are on the same team. So we only have to get to 2 games instead of 3.  That will be us in the fall.

I didn't get a picture of Nathan's practice.  Greg - being the wonderful dad and husband he is, took Nathan to practice for 2 hours, then stayed and helped with Nick and Noah's practice for another hour and a half.  The weather thankfully stayed manageable.  It was windy, but ok.  The boys had fun and worked hard.  Noah did a great job for his first season.  He chased the ball and got in there and went for it.

Then we were able to spend the rest of the day together.
One thing I got done was to finally clean the hairspray off the bathroom counter!!  Yeah!
Now I know that doesn't seem to be too thrilling - but trust me - it is!!
I came across a tip on a website that said shaving cream is a great way to get hairspray off of anything.  So I decided to give it a try.

So I smeared the shaving cream all over the counter and sinks.  Let it foam up really good.  Then just washed it off with a wet rag and.............

IT WORKED GREAT!!!!!!  All of the crusted on hairspray came right off!!  It looks brand new!

Now my only concern is......... if it melts hairspray off the counter and sinks.... what is it doing to Greg's face???

Another great thing about being together all weekend at home, is that I get to make my family some awesome treats!  Homemade Hostess Cake balls anyone??  (self explanatory pictures coming up)

MMMMMmmmmmmm!
The boys and Greg preferred the white cake ones dipped in white chocolate.  So we will do more of those next time.
